The Coltranes are a three piece punk band from California. These guys sit somewhere in between The Misfits (mainly becasuse of the vocals) and heavier bands like Merchandise, Clockcleaner and Pissed Jeans who utilize heavy noisy landscapes, with loud guitars and brut vocals. The closest newer band they remind me of is NASA Space Universe who create original, unique music mixing retro and modern HC/Punk sounds.
