Guess what? New Noise is premiering the LMI track “New Strings” today! LMI are a dark hardcore / stoner punk trio from Lansdale, Pennsylvania who blend the angular dissonance of Drive Like Jehu and the off-kilter energy of early Mastodon with heavy punk riffs akin to Poison Idea if they were potheads instead of drunks. Their 7th release Excess Subconscious will be out June 26th on Handstand Records (US) and Maniyax Records (EU). They’ll be touring the US in July, pandemic permitting.
