Hot off the heels of their first full-length LP, the veteran rock unit Olde Ghost has booked studio time for early April to track 3 or 4 new songs. This will be the first recording with new vocalist Chris O’Hearn (formerly of the Jersey City band Guilt Trip). This NY/NJ-based powerhouse’s sound lies somewhere between Black Flag and Hot Snakes, with a touch of DC influence. HandstandRecords.com has received a much-needed, long-overdue facelift. There are many more new features in the works, but I wanted to start off the new year with a fresh look. I’m still in the process of adding the entire catalog to the Store section, so check back frequently for updates.

EKS did a great job. They look and sound awesome. The LP should be out by the end of 2010.
